Scared of the Dentist? You’re Not the Only One —
and We’ve Got Options
Dentistry doesn’t have to feel scary. While we lead with patience, empathy, and a super gentle approach, we also understand that for some patients, sedation can make all the difference. Whether it’s nitrous oxide (“laughing gas”) or minimal oral sedation, we offer solutions to help you feel calm, in control, and supported — not sedated out of the experience.

Sedation
Sedation isn’t one-size-fits-all. Some patients need a little help to feel at ease — and others need a full referral for deeper sedation. In our office, we offer nitrous oxide (laughing gas) and minimal oral sedation, which take the edge off without putting you to sleep. These options are great for mild anxiety, strong gag reflexes, or just a nervous day. For moderate to deep sedation (like IV or general anesthesia), we coordinate with trusted partners who specialize in higher-level care.

But here’s the truth: we rarely need it. Our approach is gentle-first — trauma-informed, sensory-aware, and grounded in trust-building. We believe most dental fear stems from bad experiences, not bad teeth — and we’re here to change that.
